Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)

As a provider of telecommunications and VoIP services, REMAC ENTERPRISES, LTD. collects and maintains Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI"). Under federal law (Section 222 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 222), CPNI includes information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of the telecommunications services you subscribe to, and that is made available to us solely by virtue of our service relationship with you, as well as information contained in your bills for those services. CPNI does not include your name, address, and telephone number as listed in a directory (subscriber list information).

Federal law requires us to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI, and we are committed to doing so. We use your CPNI as necessary to provide, configure, maintain, bill, and support the telecommunications services you purchase from us, and for services necessary to or used in providing those services (including directory publishing), as permitted by law.

Except as required by law or with your approval, we will not use, disclose, or permit access to your CPNI to market products or services outside the category of services you already purchase from us. You may grant or withhold your approval for such use, and you may change your election at any time, without affecting the services we provide to you. We maintain safeguards designed to protect your CPNI and, consistent with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, we authenticate your identity before disclosing CPNI or providing access to your account. We will disclose CPNI to third parties only as required by law (for example, in response to lawful legal process) or with your consent.

Mobile Applications

REMAC Enterprises provides mobile applications for accessing our services, including the REMAC Phone iOS app for VoIP softphone services.

Our mobile applications may collect additional information specific to mobile usage, such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, and location data (if enabled). This information is used solely to provide and improve our mobile services.

Office Add-ins

REMAC Enterprises offers add-ins for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook that integrate with REMAC CRM and related services.

Our Office add-ins operate within the Microsoft 365 environment and use Microsoft-provided APIs to perform their functions. They access only the data strictly necessary to deliver the advertised feature (for example, the From address of a message being composed in order to apply the correct email signature). Office add-ins do not read email bodies, recipients, attachments, or other mail folder contents unless explicitly disclosed in the add-in's own privacy notice.
